Corina Hallatu is a visual artist and abstract painter based in Amsterdam.

For Seen + Unseen Worlds, she created a collection of portal paintings that explore the threshold between the visible and the invisible. She has always been fascinated by hidden worlds and unseen realms, a curiosity that has shaped her artistic journey.

Seven years ago, during a transformative trip to Bali, she encountered a culture where daily life is deeply intertwined with the presence of spirits. The stories and experiences she witnessed there profoundly inspired her, leading her to dedicate her work to translating the otherworldly into a lifelong artistic project.
